For the past three years, I served as Art Lead on Sony’s Men in Black – Most Wanted – VR — our studio’s most technically constrained and performance-critical production to date. Every artistic decision was informed by technical limits, making performance optimisation a core creative discipline rather than an afterthought.

In this role, I oversaw overall art quality, style consistency, workflow optimization, and cross-department collaboration while acting as a bridge between design and art, working closely with nearly every aspect of production. The experience challenged me creatively, technically, and managerially, and taught me invaluable lessons about VR development and leading a multidisciplinary team. Some of the characters shown here did not make it into the final game for production-related reasons, but they were an important part of the process. Many additional characters and iterations are also not included. What you see here is only a small glimpse of the full project, which contains far more depth and content than I can show on this page.
